Hellenic Gendarmerie vehicle insignia

For a century and a half the Hellenic Gendarmerie was the largest police force in the country. In 1984 it was amalgamated with the City Police to form the modern day Hellenic Police.
This insignia was used from the 1970's. During this period Gendarmerie vehicles were finished in a mid grey-green colour and patrol cars had their doors and roof painted white. This insignia appeared in black on the white doors and in white on the vehicle's grey-green finish.
Any number of markings in any colour can be printed according to the modeller's requirements in any scale.
