HAF 338 Sqn Anniversary shemes
These markings are for the anniversary schemes applied to 338 Sqn F-4Es to mark the squadron's 60 years. The decals have been designed to be applied to a yellow painted fin or fin top respectively. The decals have been designed to fit kits from various manufacturers, so some slight trimming will be needed to fit exactly.
Hellenic Air Force C-47 SEA camouflage scheme
The three colour camouflage known as the South East Asia scheme, that was used by the USAF during the Vietnam War, was the last one to be applied to HAF C-47s during their long career, which did not end until 2008. Aircraft 492622 has been preserved and is part of the HAF's historical aircraft collection.
Note: For 1/72 scale these markings can be found in set LM 72022.
Aegean Hawk - Sikorsky S-70B-6 Hellenic Navy
The Sikorsky S-70B-6 Aegean Hawk serves with the 2nd Navy Helicopter Squadron of the Hellenic Navy’s Helicopter Command. The maritime environment these aircraft serve in is particularly aggressive for paint and markings often fade to near invisibility. Over the years there have been some variations in the markings' details and shades. The original painted on squadron emblem has also been replaced by a more detailed sticker version.
The modeller may specify the markings for any particular helicopter and time period in any scale.
HAF 341 Sqn 60-Year Anniversary scheme for F-16C Block 50
The Hellenic Air Forces's 341 Sqn celebrated its 60 year anniversary in the summer of 2014. To mark the occasion an F-16C Block 50 received a special finish for its tail fin. The decals reproduce these markings in intricate detail faithfully reproducing the real artwork in scale including the gold paint used on the real aircraft. These decals may be ordered in any scale and have been designed to be applied to a black painted tail fin.
This revised edition of the set includes all markings needed to faithfully reproduce this aircraft in scale.
