Hellenic Army Aviation CH-47D anniversary finish

To mark its 20th anniversary the Hellenic Army's 4th Army Aviation Helicopter Battalion applied a special finish to a CH-47D. This was designed and applied in cooperation with AviationProject.com and Dimitiris Sambanis both of whom have been responsible for several other special aircraft finishes.

The finish was applied using a combination of painted markings and vinyl stickers. All of the the helicopter's original markings, i.e. national insignia, serial number and stencilled instructions were retained.

This set of markings has been produced with the full cooperation of AviationProject.com and Dimitris to ensure absolute accuracy and authenticity of the markings provided.
