Akrotiri MRT Land Rover

The Mountain Rescue Team  at RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus used 4 SWB and 2 LWB Series II Land Rovers. A Google search for "Akrotiri MRT" will bring up lots of photographs of these vehicles.
Any vehicle of the team may be ordered. The number plates shown belong to one of the LWB Land Rovers.
Until the Early 1970's all vehicles carried a sign board on their front bumpers denoting their role in Turkish, English and Greek. It appears that there were two versions of this an early one (top) and a later one (bottom). Either of the two may be specified.
