For the 2022 Independence day parade in Athens an M1117 Guardian vehicle, which had only recently entered service with the Hellenic Army was given a special anniversary finish. This consisted of a waving Greek flag painted on the vehicle's hull sides.
LM Decals is proud to have been part of the team responsible for this, along with Icarus workshop and IPMS-Hellas, that was in charge of the project. The finish was applied at army base workshops with the cooperation of IPMS - Hellas members, who applied all the necessary masking and then took care of all touch up work required.
With this set of decals the vehicle can be recreated in any scale required. For the decals we utilised the design for the masks that were used on the real vehicle, incorporating all the small alterations that had to be done when the masks were being applied to the Guardian's hull.
This set cost 23 Euros in 1/35 scale and 6 Euros in 1/72 scale. For other scales please enquire.
